Greek Goddess Salad Dressing & Marinade Giveaway

With the holiday's all behind us, most of us are looking to "lighten up" a bit.  I don't know about you, but I swear I've been in a sugar coma since Christmas Eve!!

My friend Evangeline Conley, owner and founder of Greek Goddess Products Inc., sent me a bottle of this AMAZING *insert bells* dressing & marinade to review, and another bottle as a gift for one of my readers.  How totally cool is that?

So what's a girl gotta do?  I gnawed the package open with my teeth and ... I tried it, and absolutely loved it!  No I'm not joking, I seriously loved it!!  I'm ranking it right up there with the "I want to marry it" products...

I especially love that all the ingredients are completely natural and she uses olive oil, and ONLY olive oil.  Not a blend of oils with olive oil added in as well.  This product is so natural  no refrigeration is required.

I made an entire dinner using the dressing marinade.  I started off with Greek roasted potatoes.  The dressing had all the ingredients in it that I usually use anyway, how easy is that?  I sprinkled with a little salt, and in the oven they went.

Then, when the potatoes were almost ready, I basted these frozen tilapia fillets with the dressing/marinade as well - both sides.
I then sprinkled a few Panko bread crumbs on top just for a little extra crispiness.

Finally, I threw a quick salad together and used the dressing for that as well, TRIFECTA!  Dinner, was absolutely delicious!
A few days later, I pulled out some pork chops and marinated them overnight.  The next day I baked them... all I can say is, "heaven", literally heaven.  I never want to make pork chops without the dressing again!

You can read about Evangeline's accomplishments and how she started the Greek Goddess product line, HERE.
You can also order your own dressing/marinade online by visiting her website, HERE.

For those lucky local Buffalo readers, you can find this dressing at Wegman's.  I have to look at my Wegman's and see if they are here too, if  not, then I know I will be ordering some more!!

So anyway, for the giveaway...
All you have to do is answer the question in Rafflecopter as to how you will use the product.  That's it.  Simple enough yes?
You can have and additional entry by following me on Facebook (or leave me a comment in the space telling me you already do).

Trust me, this is definitely a dressing you do not want to be without!!

Till next time!!

  5. Didi, count me in on this one. I think it would be really good on any type of white fish. Right now I have some gorgeous little lamb chops in my freezer and I think this would be the perfect marinade for them before grilling in the oven or on the BBQ. From Laurie Sanders

Little red, orange and yellow pepper rings, red onion, cucumbers, artichokes, kalamata olives, grape tomatoes, oregano, basil and feta cheese. Then of course this dressing!!! I am always looking for that perfect Greek dressing. Like the one we eat when we go to The Parthenon for dinner.
